Terms of Service

1. Service

PinTool is a Pinterest SEO research tool. You can use it to look up Pinterest keyword data, analyze public Pinterest profiles, and track keywords over time.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 16+ and provide a valid email address. One person, one account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe — we use bcrypt-hashed passwords and never store them in plain text.

3. Plans & billing

• Free — 5 searches per day. No card required.
• Starter — $12/month — 200 searches/month, all tools.
• Pro — $29/month — unlimited searches, premium features.

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel from Settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. You can downgrade at any time and keep access until the end of the current period.

4. Refunds

If you're unhappy in the first 14 days, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to bypass rate limits, scrape PinTool itself, share your account, or use the tool to violate Pinterest's own terms. We may suspend abusive accounts without notice.

6. Pinterest data

PinTool surfaces publicly available Pinterest data through Pinterest's official APIs and through publicly readable endpoints. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do our best, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the data we surface is 100% accurate at every moment (Pinterest's own data fluctuates). Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can terminate accounts violating these terms. Your data is purged within 30 days of deletion.
